I needed a dimmer switch to control new under-cabinet kitchen lighting. My electrician was scheduled to install the whole set-up four days after I placed my order. Westside Wholesale assured me that my order would ship the same day, and with their "one day" shipping, would be delivered the next day, or at the latest, the day after that. I figured I'd still have an extra day buffer, and placed my order.
Well... my electrician comes tomorrow, and my order still hasn't even shipped. Their customer service has been courteous, but unhelpful. One rep told me that while everything on my order was indeed "in stock," it was held up because they were out of batteries. ??? Nothing in my order included batteries... If timing doesn't matter to you, they have good prices. Unfortunately for me, I'll have to pay the electrician for another visit...
