“Was browsing through the site for shoes. Sadly a lot of the shoes I wanted were either not in stock or had every size but my size (haha what luck I have). Despite that I was still able to find what I wanted. As for shipping, they shipped my items on two different days, and I received them 3 days apart. Was satisfied, but wish they were shipped together.”

“I placed my order on April 11 for a PowerColor 5850 graphics card. They emailed me on April 14 (3 days later) and told me that their item was back ordered. I call their customer service and asked for an update on when they would be getting a new shipment of video cards. I was told that they did not know when a new batch was coming in. I ended up changing my order to the same card from another manufacturer, but had to pay $60 more than my previous back ordered product. Not very satisfied.”

“After reading the specs and product information, I still had additional questions about the duplicator I was interested in, and so I used the online live chat option. There the representative answered my questions, and I bought the Acard Duplicator. They were able to give me free shipping and was able to ship the order the same day. I received my product with no problems the very next day. Very satisfied.”

“Using my free amazon prime as a college student =), I pre-ordered Starcraft 2 and got free release day shipping. The product came on the day the game was released, and everything was packaged fine. Very satisfied.”

“I ordered a Linksys router from HP and selected the 5-10 day shipping option. Being a customer eager to get his product, I tracked my order progress everyday. On the day it was 'delivered', I did not get my product and was very concerned (I just spend over 100 for a router and FedEx said it was delivered). So then I called HP and asked what I should do. After following their instructions of checking nearby apartments to see if my package was mis-delivered, I was not able to find my product. I called HP back and they shipped me another order via next day air.

I was very happy with the outcome. I hope next time they require a signature at door for orders over $100 though.”
