BEWARE This company has the worst customer service! My checkcard number was stolen and used to place a fraudulent order with this company. No phone number is provided on their website, and even though they asked and I provided mine, they would only e-mail. I felt like they completely ignored what I was telling them and they kept asking me to provide an order or item number which I didn't have, then when they finally took the time to locate the order it had already shipped. Surprise surprise. Then they told me to just refuse the order if I didn't want the items! It's not my order, I didn't place it, it's not shipping to me, it's basically stolen merchandise. As the bank will reimburse me and it's the merchant that takes the hit, you'de think they'd take and interest. So there's two options here, they either have the dumbest customer service ever, or they really weren't concerned because they are a company that assists such scammers as used my stolen card number.
