Terrrible service!!!
No one answers their phones after trying 30 times. No answer to my email inquiry. Web site says 24/7 Customer service. What a total joke!
Took them 4 days to cancel my order because they didn't have my order in stock. What kind of company takes that long to figure out their own supply???
Nothing from them but an automated email about not shipping a product which for the past 4 days was said to be "shipping soon".
This company deserves a ZERO rating!

1st time to use this company. Experience was good. Nothing to complain about. Took about 1 week to get my stuff. This is normal time frame for where i live and considering the holidays. Prices were good. I don't know how their customer service is because i didn't have any problems. I will use them again in the future.

This is an excellent company to deal with!
I read an article that said they are the 5th or 6th largest web retailer based on sales (i think it was about 500 million??). That was very suprising to me and an incredible statement. They must be very reputable to be able to generate those kind of sales numbers.

I have spent a few thousand of dollars at Newegg, over the past 2 years and have never been disappointed in their service.
I have bought various computer parts and digital cameras from them.
Delivery time is usually under a week.
Prices are very competitive.

I once called to RMA something, and there was no arguement at all. I tested out a computer part for about 2-3 weeks, but they still did not hesitate to let me return the item.

Newegg is the BEST site to buy from. Low prices, never a hassle, reliable. They treat the customer as #1.

I just called in to get another RMA and was offered an advanced replacement. This is great so I don't have to wait for the new device. No questions asked, no hassles, just great service!

I was very satisfied with their service and would order from them again.

I read many good reviews from the forums in www.camcorderinfo.com.
Their prices are good, but not great, but definetly better than bestbuy.com.
I bought a Samsung camcorder and extra battery from them. Took about 7 days to deliver everything.

I had a question before making my purchase and called them up. I immediatelty got a live voice to answer my questions.

I was happy with their service. Ordered 3 different types of printer cartridges from them.
1 for an HP officejet 350, 2 for epson color 440.
They have very cheap prices. All the cartridges worked. Delivery time was about 7days, free shipping. No complaints. I will use them again.

I did see they have a lot of negative reviews.
I did not have any problems, so I don't know what they are like in resolving customer disputes.
Also, maybe their ink quality is not the best, I have a very old printer, so I could not tell what was exactly wrong, but I think it is the printer.
Their prices are sooooo cheap, I don't really care. My printing needs don't have to be of great quality, if they did, then I would be using my laser printer.

I have had a 3-DVD account for several months.
Delivery time is very good (usually next day), but not always next day (probably shipped from a different distrubution center).
I select about 10-20 movies a month from them.
I have not experienced the "longer wait" for movies others have complained about, after their free trial is over.
Their selection is very good. They are the best on-line service.
The only thing I don't like is when a DVD arrives cracked or unplayable. They will not send a replacement until they receive the damaged DVD.
BlockBuster.com will send a replacement immediately.

My roomate tried out BlockBuster.com. They are cheaper. I have not been impressed at all. They frequently screw things up!!! Have had the service for about 2 months. Low quality control!
1. They sent the wrong season for Smallville, 3 DVD's!!! All the sleeves said Season1, but were from Season2.
2. Delivery time is hardly ever next day, usually takes 2 days.
3. Have had about 3 times when their DVD's were unplayable. They were scratched, not cracked from delivery. I think that they don't take bad DVD's out of circulation???!!
Once, I had to order the same DVD title 4 times!!
I even think they shipped the same bad DVD I had reported earlier, back to me! It had a really strange damage pattern, and i saw the same pattern on 1 of the replacement DVDs.

I tried out Wal-Mart. They were horrible. Turn around time for a movie is about 7-10 days! Hard to believe they could be that bad!
