Turns out the brackets that hold the chair together are made out of cheap plastic. I contacted customer service and they sent out another Eames Lounge Chair assuring me that they\u0027ve never heard of that problem before. The replacement chair breaks 5 days later.<br><br>At this point, I just want a refund, because it\u0027s clear that the chairs are a total fraud. However, in order for a refund I apparently have to spend $500 shipping BOTH chairs back, disassembled.<br><br>Complete.
