Just installed an Epson 3010 and 135" VApex screen purchased from VA. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process. I am not real sure about their technical knowledge as I knew exactly what I wanted prior to speaking with them. I purchased from them because they were simply the best price and it turned out to be a good decision. There were a few issues with the products but VA went above and beyond my expectations to resolve all issues. I am a very satisfied customer.

I ordered the majority of my lighting for a new house from Arcadian. Their prices and bulk discounts were the primary reason I ordered through them. I believe everything was shipped directly from each manufacturer and shipping was fast. I did have a couple defective pieces that Arcadian had replacements shipped very quickly. I would recommend Arcadian to anyone looking for lighting especially if buying in bulk.
