I ordered an AquaXtreme MP-05 SP Limited CPU block. It was back ordered for a couple weeks because I wanted the special A64 springs, but shipped promptly when they got them in. To my surprise, the block leaked a bit and I discovered that one of the o-rings in the block was missing. I sent an e-mail explaining the problem and got a reply the same day. They immediately sent out a whole new block with a return shipping label for the faulty one.

Absolutely top notch customer service here and I will definately be back for future purchases.

Top notch online reseller. I purchased a wireless bridge for my PS2. Ran in to a minor snag when my bank wouldn't confirm my alt shipping address on the first try. Ajump e-mailed me promptly and gave it a second try as soon as I replyed. No problems at all after that and I will definately buy here again.

I purchased a white gold and diamond pendant necklace for my girlfriend's birthday. The website was very easy to use, the prices are great, and shipping was prompt. I'll be looking here for some Christmas gifts.

This was supposed to be a spindle of Maxell 74-min music CDR's. The sent me 80's by mistake, which are useless in my CD player. They did an exchange to get me what I ordered, and what did I find? The same WRONG 80-min CDR's that I don't need and didn't order. I called back again, and am now getting a full refund because someone in the Richmond,VA distribution center CAN'T READ!!!
