Newegg is the best retail site I've dealt with period. I placed an order earlier with a promo code to save a few bucks on a liquid cooler, and my card was declined due to hitting my daily limit on a sizeable purchase earlier in the day. I placed the order again after my limit was reset and the code wasn't accepted since you can only use the code once. Linda was very helpful and offered me a refund of the difference of the sale price of the cooler. 5 minutes of my time, and everything was all set. I've been dealing with Newegg for many years and I would never consider buying any computer gear from any other site. They have the best customer service and fair prices on everything on the site. 5 stars as always!
