When you order and wait forever for no order to arrive and then contact \u0027customer service\u0027 they tell you that after 30 days they will help you. If the item is no longer available you will get credited back but if it was on sale, you can reorder at higher price now. They reall \u0027CARE LESS\u0027 about you! It is their policy to charge you but make you wait 30+ days if you do not receive your order. They don\u0027t care that you have paid your charge and have to wait and hope something arrives but it does not arrive and the tracking even says it has not moved along but they want you to contact the shipper and wait and then contact them after 30 days have passed to see when they may refund your charges. AWFUL attitude on the phone and nasty people in customer service. They are so far from \u0027friendly customer service\u0027 like the website advertises! Pitiful experience with them.
