Returned an item purchased for in-store delivery (never even took it from the store), and still haven\u0027t received a refund more than a month later. Customer service said it\u0027s because the headquarters have to receive it back from the store before the refund is made. This apparently means I paid nearly $500 and have to wait months to have my money returned.
