X10.com has to be the worst company I have dealt with in a long time.... I ordered something online and it took them 2 weeks to tell me that they had over sold the item. Paid with PayPal and they say it will take 30 days to get refund. Total BS with these people. Placing a phone calls to their WORTHLESS customer support is pointless as they are programmed to give you the run around. Just wish I would have read the stories here.

So far I have ordered 2 fully-loaded NAS systems from MNM Systems. All I can say is that they exceed my expectation EVERY TIME I place an order. Their customer service is not only extremely friendly, but very knowable about the products that they sell, taking the time to ensure I get the product that best suits my needs. Their expert assembly and 48 hour burn-in ensure that the product quality is excellent. Finally, the product was shipped quickly and arrived on the date anticipated. I whole-heartedly recommend and will continue to use MNM Systems.
