Mine arrived after 11 business days. <br><br>I was shipped a defective product and I cannot get anyone at consoleshop.com to reply to my email asking for a return address. Even if I can get a return address, the exchange policy states that if they determine the product is not defective, I would be charged shipping for the exact same product to be returned to me even though I\u0027ve personally determined the product does not work. <br><br>I wish I had consulted these reviews before my purchase.
