Contacted NewEgg they replaced it. With another defective product. When i called them again, they informed me that they r out of stock and it\u0027s more then 30 days since the original purchase - so only refund, no another replacement, or contact HP. <br><br>I was really upset. But called HP, they told me that since i have got it from NewEgg.com they can only replace the screen. So basically - refurbished computer for $1500. I agreed since i need at least working computer. HP sent me my repaired computer back - with the same defect! I called them back, they sent me a replacement - defective too. LOL <br><br>So: 4 months, 3 new computers, 4 different HP Envy17 screens, all defective. And now HP is telling me that they r not gonna replace my computer anymore - and they just gonna buy it from me for way less money from what i have got it for and i didn\u0027t even use it. <br><br>So Thanks NewEgg.com, thx HP.com!<br>Now I\u0027m here without my computer, with less money then I paid to NewEgg, and with 4 months of my wasted time!!! <br><br>Now i have several projects to finish, and no computer to use! <br><br><br><br>UPDATE ON THE SITUATION:<br> <br>Just received a phone call from NewEgg.com rep and I was very surprised and satisfied that NewEgg decided to cover difference between what HP.com is going to refund, and what I paid for this computer. <br><br>Thx NewEgg, thats nice!
