I've ordered something from they website on Jan 10.
Payment was successful the same day.
17 days later (Jan 27) my order still not shipped out.

I've tried to communicate with they customer support - live chat doesn't work and my email was ignored.

Scam! Stay away!

Bad Experience!

On black friday wanted to get Veer 4G. Found it pretty cheap at 2 places. Decided to get it from Capitol Supply. Placed my order.

4 days later - Capitol Supply informing me that they have canceled my order because they discontinued this item. So now I can't buy Veer 4G from another store coz they had Black Friday deal and now it's back to they normal $$$, and Capitol Supply canceled my order. URL with Capitol Supply product is still accessible for order (even from google shopping).

Bad Experience!

Placed an order. They charged my CC confirmed my order. Day later they reporting that they r out of stock. They have the same model FOR MORE $ different color. It would b great if for this inconvenience they would lower the price.

P.S. still didn't get my money back for this pair of shoes i won't get.

Bought 3 pairs of shoes. Condition new - yes.
2 days after they delivered my shoes price on one of them dropped from $48 to $28, and two other pairs price dropped $10 each... so total $40 of savings.

Wrote them an e-mail - customer support is silent. Wrote again - silent for 3 days. Tomorrow i'm calling, if i won't receive refund - i'm sending this shit back.

TERRIBLE service!
Ordered External HDD from them on 03.09. Picked - store pickup. Checked - it's available.

So Received an e-mail from them saying that it's all good and i should receive details on how and when to pick it up.

Waiting, waiting, waiting. Today decided to call store manager. They told me that they r out of stock and they just canceled my order without informing me. F GREAT!

Went online right after this conversation - checking availability - It still says in stock, checking availability for this particular store - still available. Freaking great service guy! No way i would shop in Office Depot again!

Ok 3 months ago i had to write my review about NewEgg and my experience with getting my new Envy17 notebook from them.

3 month later - story still goes on.

I have got Envy17 notebook from NewEgg for $1500 in october.

But notebook was defective - dead pixels. Contacted NewEgg they replaced it. With another defective product. When i called them again, they informed me that they r out of stock and it's more then 30 days since the original purchase - so only refund, no another replacement, or contact HP.

I was really upset. But called HP, they told me that since i have got it from NewEgg.com they can only replace the screen. So basically - refurbished computer for $1500. I agreed since i need at least working computer. HP sent me my repaired computer back - with the same defect! I called them back, they sent me a replacement - defective too. LOL

So: 4 months, 3 new computers, 4 different HP Envy17 screens, all defective. And now HP is telling me that they r not gonna replace my computer anymore - and they just gonna buy it from me for way less money from what i have got it for and i didn't even use it.

So Thanks NewEgg.com, thx HP.com!
Now I'm here without my computer, with less money then I paid to NewEgg, and with 4 months of my wasted time!!!

Now i have several projects to finish, and no computer to use!



UPDATE ON THE SITUATION:

Just received a phone call from NewEgg.com rep and I was very surprised and satisfied that NewEgg decided to cover difference between what HP.com is going to refund, and what I paid for this computer.

Thx NewEgg, thats nice! Really glad to know that NewEgg does care about they clients.
