I browsed around for a while looking for the right store for my custom laptop. Ended up choosing ISTNC based on their good reviews and large selection. I purchased a Clevo m570u around the beginning of January and it was in my hands within 2 weeks.

Of course, with a lot of parts to choose from, I had a lot of questions and concerns and ISTNC was there every step of the way. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced online. I found their "Live Chat" tool on their website especially useful as a representative was there to provide a quick response to answer all my inquiries. After my order was finalized, they continued to provide excellent service keeping me posted as my order went through it's production. Overall I am very satisfied with ISTNC, they provided me with the exact product I wanted at an excellent price (they do price matching!) and never faltered in their customer service. I have purchased from them again and will continue to do so in the future! Thank you ISTNC!
