PLEASE READ THE EDIT ALSO
Ultra Products is horrible with rebates DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT A REBATE. They said i had the correct rebate UPC code and everything but there was no rebate promotion going on during that time. When i have the pdf file of the promotion stating the exact date i purchased was within the promotion period. After months and days of talking to them on the phone and online they just started to ignore me after hanging up on me. Saying let me talk to my manager and then putting me on hold and hanging up instantly after. ULTRA REBATES is horrible void like the plague. Trust me if you don't believe my claim let me tell you that ive gotten every rebate that ive submitted up till now except ultra's.

After talking to Jon through email I eventually received my rebate.

at first i had problem with my xbox but they gave me a printed label to ship back and got another xbox in a few days! Though their packaging was somewhat lacking as many people have stated
