The item we received was not made of the material they had listed (was supposed to be stainless steel and was brushed aluminum) and it was damaged in shipping. They would not even respond to me until I opened a dispute on Paypal. Now that the item has been returned and received by them, after almost 2 weeks they still have not issued a refund. Also, they have no phone number listed to contact them directly.
