First time ordering from them- painless, and it arrived a day earlier than I planned! Amazing place.

Items shown as in stock, ordered, they charged the credit card the same day, then sat on the order for a week saying that the order was received but items were "being allocated."

Emailed in about the order status, got a reply that it would be shipped "tomorrow," but still hadn't been shipped. Paid extra for 2nd day shipping, and ordered from them solely because they said they ship orders the *same day* they're placed.

Over a week later, the items still have not been shipped, and no response from "Customer Service"

Never again.
