Generally a good site, but sometimes shipping takes a long time. Your order can be in the "shipping process" for a week (or more), and you can not cancel the order.

19 Apr 06 Ordered two - Thermaltake A2397 2.5 inch USB2.0 Aluminum HDD Enclosure - part number EN-A2397
25 Apr 06 they arrived. One of the packages was missing the Y-USB cable that attaches the enclosure to your computer. I immediately e-mailed support@ewiz.com requesting that they send a Y-USB cable, as it was missing.
I did not receive a response from this e-mail.
2 May 06 I received e-mail from customercare@ewiz.com asking if I had received my order.
2 May 06 I replyed that I had, but was missing one cable from the two identical items I had ordered and that I had e-mailed support@ewiz.com and not received a response.
3 May 06 I received what can only be classified as a "canned response" directing me to the RMA process..yada.yada...
Obviously their customer care is not any better than their support.

Service was ok, but after the sale spam is really annoying even though I indicated I did not wish to receive e-mail adds from them.

Ordered. After completing verification of student status, billed credit card on 22May.
Week later I checked as order had not arrived. It was on backorder. I was never notified. There is no order tracking available on the web page. Did get e-mail responses. Order arrived two weeks after ordering and billing. Not worth the couple bucks saved over other vendors.
