SUPERB SERVICE, TRUSTWORTHY IN EVERY RESPECT.

I get "next day" FEDEX delivery because I live in California. I get original packaging with bona fide serial numbers. I get excellent prices.

I LOVE THESE GUYS. I've bought 7 programs so far this year!

BEWARE, THEY DO NOT GIVE SERIAL NUMBERS, THEREFORE, YOU CANNOT ACTIVATE SOFTWARE.

Technical support = email. I should have known, since they cannot write English at all well.

Good experience buying a Logitech Nano Mouse. Quick ship; well packed; perfect condition; good communication from start to finish. I saved money and got a $30 rebate. They used DSL to ship, which is good for me. I'll probably buy other modest items < $300.

They corrected MY mistake. I ordered the wrong toner cartridge for my Dell mono laserjet. When the unit arrived, I realized MY error. I e-mailed, and they sent out the right unit immediately, and gave me immediate refund on the wrong unit! WOW. It took me 10 days to send back the wrong unit. They were swift and courteous throughout. I will order from them again. No one asked me to send in this review. I am surprised that they have had not had reviews yet.

Palm users know they can obtain softwear from a variety of different online merchants. I have found Palm Gear to be the most efficient, cost-effective, and reliable supplier for all my Palm needs. Their customer support department is amazingly quick and responsive. I highly recommend this merchant.

CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH - using Amazon. com

I go to Amazon and find a "pen scanner" that looks good called the "Iris Pen II." Latest technology and software, upgrade from prior versions. O.K. I start to place the order and get redirected to TIGER DIRECT. They ship an OLDER MODEL--the "Iris Executive." Older software, older hardware, and listing in their catalogue for less money. That is not what I ordered, nor what I paid for. Turns out, they DO NOT HAVE THE VERSION I WANT. They take my money and ship and older model. FRAUD

Exceptional service re: return of laptop. Constant communication, endless patience, and more than fair treatment made this a truly remarkable experience. This is what on-line retailing should be. Thank you--I am a customer for life.

DUMP THEM! They are selling X Copy DVD software "no support" but they fail to disclose that you cannot obtain any activation code. This is called "fraud by concealment". DUMP THEM!

NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO TIGER DIRECT's FRAUD.
Classic "Bait and Switch." I go to Amazon and find a "pen scanner" that looks good--the "Iris Pen II." Latest tech and software, better ratings than prior models. So I order one, and get redirected to TIGER DIRECT. They charge me for newest model AND SHIP ME OLDER MODEL. Turns out, they do not even have the newer model I ordered. They refuse to cooperate with the return of their mistaken product. FRAUD.
