Horrible customer service! I work for a contractor and we needed to return an item and exchange it for the correct item. The website said to email their customer service dept to obtain a return #. The response I received was very rude, and it did not include any kind of return #. I was able to get a # when I did an online chat, so I was then able to return the item. They received it broken (of course!) I filed a claim with UPS. The customer service rep emailed me to give me her opinion (on how WE didn't package it correctly). We packaged it just as they did, and I replied with that explanation. Then I received another rude email from the first rep that sent me that first rude email! The product was good and inexpensive, but the experience was not worth the savings. They need a lesson or two in professionalism.
