I have nothing but negative things to say about Shoebuy. They apparently don't know their inventory, and as I read other reviews I see that I am not the only one. I ordered a pair of boots and they later emailed me and stated that they did not have my size. After writing a complaint email back, they gave me a 20% off my next purchase code. When I attempted to use it on a pair of boots, the coupon code was not valid for this pair of boots. I thought that seemed crazy too because I was willing to spend a lot more money for this second pair of boots even with the discount. They couldn't help me, and would not give me the discount. Against my better judgement I ordered converse shoes for my husband. I ordered the wrong color on accident, although after reading the reviews it may not have been my error. The shoes came and I immediately exchanged them. I received an email shortly after returning the shoes and Shoebuy once again let me know that the shoes I ordered were no longer available. SERIOUSLY??? CONVERSE? I'm pretty sure those are continually being made. I can't believe this company is willing to lose me as a customer when obviously I am willing to spend money. I have been so disappointed by this company. Don't shop here. Their prices aren't even that great. A better shoe company to work with is endless.com. They have better prices than shoebuy. You might think shoebuy has more of a selection, but they don't. They seem to advertise that they have more sizes, but the truth is they don't.
