I needed to send my order to Russia while I am in US. After the order was completed I received email telling me that in some cases when you not in US you may need to contact your bank and get an authorization number for iHerb.com transaction. But my AMEX was issued in US and the billing address is also in US. After the second notification I replied with this info. Nevertheless I received email #3 asking again to get the code. Now I called AMEX customer service and was told that only the merchandiser itself can get the code, which is I completely agree with. I passed this to iHerb and got email #4 that now I need to call AMEX again and ask for a supervisor in order to get this code anyway. Finally I cancelled my transaction and don't recommend to anybody to use this fucken stupid service.
