Plus the installer had a rubber band crushed between the CPU and motherboard thereby causing loss of contact between the CPU pins and slots, so it did not work.<br>In addition, somebody had written \u00222.0\u0022 in magic marker on the CPU, thereby voiding any Intel warranty. 4/16/2003 Tried contacting over the phone- Backorder email sent
We cancelled the order on 4/21/2003 since we had not heard from you and product had not come in
