When I the watches arrived I found that neither watch was as it was described or pictured. I then emailed the customer service department 4 times over 2 weeks. Not a single one was asnwered. When I finally contacted them on live chat, I was told that I had to return the watches, and then only if they felt like they agreed with me would I get a full refund. I do not trust them anymore, and feel they will certainly charge me extra fees for the return.
