Airsplat is a great airsoft website. They have fair sized selection of guns, tactical gear, ammo, batteries and other things at unbeatable prices. All your guys complaints are miniscule.

In the past 3-4 months alone, i have ordered $3000+ in all sorts of merchandise. I love them because they do free shipping, even to Hawaii where I live. (Most sites like ASGI and evike dont do that) On top of that, THEY SHIP FAST. 3-4 days is typical time between clicking "process order" to opening box

All of your guys complaints about how your gun broke and such, ITS NOT THEIR FAULT! The solution is easy! Buy a high quality gun! To the guy complaining about his $10 gun: GET OVER IT! A $10 gun is not going to last long!

I have had only 1 gun come broken, ($50 gas pistol) and I called airsplat and they gave me a RMA# and the issue was quickly resolved.

It may be true that their return policy doesn't cover EVERYTHING, but I believe it very reasonable what they cover.
They dont cover problems with the gun if its your fault IE: Shooting bad bbs through a gun, Dropping it or breaking it some other way.
If you have an issue with an order, CALL THEM. THEY HAVE REPS WHO WILL ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS!

The claims that you have to email them first is a load of BS. Call them and they can solve your problems and give you RMA# and solution to your issues over the phone.

Overall, I have had great experience with them. Fast and free shipping, 110% price match, and overall unbeatable prices make them the best. All the complaints about customer service, you just gotta get over it. Evike, Airsoft GI, Redwolf. They all have CS problems. I believe that Airsplat has the fewest out of all the airsoft retailers.

Great company.

Would give a 4/5 for them

Pros:
Huge selection of gear, guns and extras
Great prices (not the best, but great)
HUGE.

Cons:
got sent the wrong thing one time. A minor price ($30)
They told me I couldnt return it due to the nature of the part (trigger assembly) Oh well. Not a biggie
some random products are WAY overpriced. On airsplat.com they have a grenade launcher for $120. Evike sells the same one for 160.

Mehs:
Shipping takes awhile. ASGI and airsplat are faster
A lot of things marked "out of stock" stay up on the website even though they dont plan on resupplying. (minor peeve)

Overall they are great. All you guys whining about "My $40 gun broke" get over it. Its not their fault that you cant manage your own gun. Its also not their fault that you ordered the crappy gun in the first place. If you want a gun that will last, you gotta spend more money on it, or put better parts in it.
For example. You dont go out and buy a brand new car thats really cheap, has terrible reviews, drive it 1,000 miles, and then go back to the dealer and complain that the car sucks. Spend more money on a quality gun that is going to last

I always order parts and mags from them. I buy my AEGS and GBBS elsewhere.
