I recently purchased a Sager laptop to PowerNotebooks, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy one of their products. Leaving the Mac world, I was a little intimidated by researching my PC options, and once I found Sager, it was a whole other world to find a seller.

Once I had decided on PowerNotebooks, I sent them an inquiry email looking for details on discounts, to which they promptly replied (very fast response on all my email dealings). When I was ready to order, their online system was fairly straightforward, and their 3% Cash Discount was fantastic. What blew me away however, was what happened after the sale. A few days after I had ordered it, Sager released a "Back to School Sale". I figured that's just what you get in the computer world, you're going to be quickly outdated ... but Donald emailed me almost right when it came out, and made sure I got my freebie upgrades. I was ecstatic! If it wasn't for the diligence of these guys, I wouldn't have the incredible upgraded comp that I got.

I hope I never any problems with my laptop, but I've heard great things from them in terms of support (one of the reasons I chose them), and if their communication pattern holds true, I know it will be just as pleasant as an experience.

Buy from them, they're great!!
