ordered an intel RS2BL040 raid card; got the item for the lowest price i could find; the item shipped the next day and i received an email with the tracking #; the item was as described and has been working great

my only beef is that sometimes items on their site will show up from google but not from searches within their site?!?!

I've placed multiple orders with Sonic over the last 4 years since '07, and have had pleasant shopping experiences with them.

They have great prices, incredible product photos, a streamlined website and ordering process, and they are the only company i've shopped through so far that has a great shipping process (and cost) to Canada with a courier (UPS).

The only hiccups i've had have been that similar to some other users where their online stock indicates availability (in their california warehouse), but one or more of the items is actually in their 2nd warehouse in kentucky and they won't mobilize those items so the order sits idle because they don't notify you as to what's going on. All in all a minor quibble and i'm sure they'll sort that out sooner or later.

I ordered an idatalink usb cable/programmer for a great price and it shipped the next day. It shipped via ups for a nice cheap flat rate fee of $10. They did email me when it shipped, but did NOT indicate the tracking number. However, when i asked them for the tracking number they kindly replied within the same day and told me they were having pc/system troubles. The item was packed sufficiently and arrived in fine shape.

Despite the fact that their online system indicated stock, prior to the order I wanted to confirm stock/availability so i emailed them asking for confirmation. I did receive confirmation, but it was NOT received until a couple days later.

I've been ordering contact lenses from DCL for 4 years and have never had a problem. They have great prices, selection, a nice website, streamlined ordering process, great shipping costs, great packaging, and they ship via usps (which is a must for cross border shopping). The only problem you'll ever have is if you're a canadian like me, and you choose the slowest/cheaper shipping options, customs may delay the shipment a while, but it doesn't happen every time and this is not a problem of either DCL or the shipping companies, it is our lousy government. Of course you could circumvent this problem a little by paying extra for express shipping which tends to get things across the border a little quicker.

ordered a hat on august 1st, it shipped 2 days later. The price was a steal and shipping price was very reasonable. I received the correct item of the correct size, and i received an email notifying me when the item shipped; HOWEVER, i did NOT receive a tracking number. This troubles me when the item was shipped via purolator; a courier. The website also does NOT indicate which shipping carrier they use for international shipping. I only found out by first phoning footlocker and asking. Their customer service was pleasant and helped answer my question.

I ordered an old Western Digital Hard Drive to replace a dead one in a mirror that I run. Not many stores left have this drive left in stock, let alone stores located provincially (BC), so it was fate that A-Power had it.

Price wasn't the rock bottom that I could find for the drive, but only a couple of dollars separated them from the cheapest, so they were definitely competitive.

Their website stated that they only had 3 in stock when I ordered so I called their 1-800 # (a plus) to confirm availability and I didn't have to navigate a sea of automated prompts and didn't have to wait at all to talk to a human.

I received an email with a copy of the invoice and received an email with shipping notification and tracking # when the item shipped (which was the same day as ordering).

Since hard drives are one of, if not the most fragile component of a pc, I'm skeptical and critical of packing jobs whenever i order them. They did a good job double boxing the drive and completely surrounding the drive with lots of air filled packing material and foam.

I'd recommend ordering from them again.

i decided to buy some accessories for a phone i recently bought for my girlfriend for christmas.

i bought 2 leather cases, 2 cigarette lighter chargers, 2 usb cables, and a 1gb microSD card from them. I was buying these accessories for a motorola razr2 v9x and genuine oem parts for a 2 year old phone are hard to find at discounted prices in canada - but they had them. Their prices were the best i could find, and in researching for prices i found lots of online retailers in the states to be questionable in terms of whether or not they advertise oem parts, but ship you 3rd party parts. Needless to say I received nothing but genuine motorola parts.

I also ordered an armband case with this order for my girlfriend to wear her phone while jogging, but it turned out that the case was discontinued. However, I received a personal email updating me on the situation and they even tried looking around at other distributors for me! I received an order adjustment/refund for the discontinued case and they shipped out the remaining order quickly and without hassle.

I liked their website layout and design - nice big pictures of the merchandise showing you manufacturer's logos and part numbers...i like to know what they're actually selling and what i'm getting.

Their office is close to me (i live in BC), so shipping was quick, and their shipping options and prices were good as well - no price gouging.

I've been buying and selling goods online for over 10 years and it's hard to find benchmark places like newegg in canada which seem to offer the best of all worlds - selection, price, reliability, and service....but my experience with gocellular seems to have had all of those traits.

My only complaint was that i didn't receive an automated email with a copy of my order/invoice upon order completion; but they were also in transition of updating their account/order system so...

I know where i'll be shopping for any cell accessories in the future.

I ordered a set of Black Endura seatcovers for my mom's 2010 honda crv.

I shopped around and their prices were half of any respectable competitor. They shipped via usps (which i liked) and i liked that they didn't artificially inflate the shipping charge like a lot of u.s. retailers do.

I was emailed a copy of my invoice upon ordering and also received a followup email the next day indicating that my order had shipped along with the tracking number.

I can't speak personally as to the quality of their products haven't seen them myself, but my mom says they were packaged well and she's satisfied with the quality.

Update: After talking with my mom, it appears that the covers for the front armrests were too small and did not fit. I contacted Exact Seat Covers by phone and they told me they were aware of the situation. They said they would issue me a revised set of armrest covers free of charge. They did so without need of my following up and my mom said the new armrest covers fit great!

Great site layout, great prices, great product,

i received an email with my order confirmation and another followup email updating me when my order was shipped with the tracking number.

Item was shipped quickly and packaged sufficiently. This is in fact my 2nd time purchasing from Blue jeans and both times have been hassle free.

ordered a tomtom 730 gps unit. price was great. online ordering had good options and was easy to use. shipping price was great and product was shipped quickly. product was double boxed and arrived in great shape.

Finding fast memory for a nice price in Canada is not easy. I stumbled across these guys from the vendor page on the ocztech website. I ordered a 512mb stick of ocz rev 3.1 pc2700 for my via kt333 mobo online via credit card. The price was the lowest I could find and the ram worked great. The flat rate shipping was fast and cheap. The site was great, nice and simple without lots of advertising. They even provide a specs page for each product(could be a little more detailed though). I liked how the availability of each product on the website was actually current. The online ordering/checkout system was quick and easy. The service was great; interaction was very quick(same day or next day), and they emailed me when the product was shipped with a tracking number. I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Kudos to an unknown company.
