I did read the negative reviews on here beforehand and honestly was expecting poor service, but the service I received exceeded my best expectations. The item cost much less than in a store ($170 on Buy.com opposed to $240 in BestBuy), they shipped the very next day, and even though I chose the \u0027Free\u0027 shipping option, which supposedly takes over 5 days to ship according to their website, the product came to my house in only 2 days! I\u0027ve had my Wacom Bamboo Create tablet for 3 weeks now and it works perfectly. Excellent service, buy.com!
