I have placed 2 orders with B&H, one last year for a DSLR and lens, and one this year for a flash. Both orders arrived as expected and on time. About 2 weeks after the DSLR arrived, it failed. A chat with B&H and I had a new one next-day shipping, and return postage for the defective unit. No issue at all. On the flash, I received the unit and did not like it at all. No questions asked return.

Ordered 3 LumoPro 160's and gel kits on a Wednesday night. Shipped Thursday and arrived via USPS Priority mail Saturday morning. Everything was well packaged and as expected. I was very happy with the purchase.

Been a customer with newegg for about 4 years now, placing 10+ orders over that time frame. Had my first bad product come this month: a motherboard that was DOA, and even had stickers on it from the factory stating it was DOA and not to sell. A phone call to their customer service resulted in a full refund, free return shipping, and a very courteous, genuinly American (no Indian speaking a 2nd lanuage from Asia) and very helpful customer service rep that took good care of the customer. NewEgg is just awesome.

**UPDATE** I received a call from Marcos, a customer service rep from Directron, this afternoon. After a brief, very polite conversation, they offered to refund my shipping and a portion of the order for the delay. Turns out that the item was a special order not in stock, and they could not drop ship it because I had requested USPS shipping to a PO Box. He conceded that they could/should have called or emailed about the delay with options to fix it using a physical address for drop shipping. Even though this did not happen, their quick response and attempt to rectify the situation after the fact was an excellent example of customer service. While this, my first experience with them, hasn't been a great one, I certainly will give them consideration when shopping in the future, as, due to their service and desire to make things right after the fact, I feel I just was an unlucky rare bad occurrence.

I placed an order on Sunday, selecting 2-3 Day USPS Priority shipping so that I would have my package Wednesday or Thursday, counting on it being shipped Monday. Even if it had been shipped Tuesday, I would have had it by end of week, as I needed. However, THEY DID NOT SHIP UNTIL THURSDAY - 4 DAYS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER!! It was a simple order of 2 sticks of memory. So now I will not be able to complete my system build this weekend because of their unacceptable processing time.
