Dishonest, unscrupulous, crooked. Charged my card, never shipped the camera. Lied about its availability. Sent a cheap camera bag instead and claimed that a camera was packed inside. No packing slip or invoice, just "Digital Camera" in the corner of the address label. Lied to Amex when they tried to resolve the dispute.
