Fast service, Best prices. Ordered Friday evening, company shipped Monday. Unfortunately item was delayed in shipping but that was a problem with FedEx and YesMicro had no control over that. Yesmicro sent tracking number with link within 24 hrs of shipping the package. However, after that everything was controlled by FedEx so can't rate Yesmicro beyond that. With FedEx there were no tracking updates from 2/28 to 8/8. The FedEx phone rep only suggested the truck may have broken down and to wait for 10 business days before filing a complaint. Don't know if this is common for FedEx. Unable to reach company by phone - kept getting recording they were closed, but they answered my email the same day and were very helpful. Will definitely check this company for my next purchase.
