I ordered a wireless keyboard for 9.99 & free shipping on 4\/17 and it is still showing \u0022processing\u0022 on their website. I anticipated a slower then usual shipping time from other reviews even though their website claims 5-7 business days but nothing as extreme as I have seen so far. It has been 3 weeks now and I have emailed the company numerous times. Each time I have received a \u0022form letter\u0022 type response. First it was a copy of my initial confirmation email, the 2nd claimed a warehouse upgrade was causing the delay, the 3rd claimed a back up and that my order would ship when they got caught up. Their website claims they do not offer refunds so I am searching alternate methods of getting my money returned.
