The memory I ordered at a great great price was DOA and for a moment I braced myself for a horrible internet shopping replacement experience. I called and spoke to Michael who ran me through what would be your standard diag questions. Quickly understanding that I knew what I was doing, he made my issue a personal case for him. From then on, we conveniently communicated by email resolving RMA, shipping, receipt, testing of replacement ECC DIMMS and return shipment. The memory I got back simply sings! Thanks Michael, I will shop Infinity Micro and have told many friends already.
