This is my first-ever posting to RR. I've been motivated to post because of the experience I recently had with Tennis-Warehouse.com. I buy a lot of stuff on the web, from a lot of different stores. I've seen just about every kind of consumer horror story it is possible to see.

That said I'm happy to report what a GREAT job and EXCELLENT experience I have had with two orders at Tennis Warehouse. Fast shipping great prices and very very supportive return policies with zero bullshit. I have become a devoted customer of this store!

There were two small hiccups: on one occasion their website was very sluggish and I didn't receive an order confirmation email for almost 24 hours. Another little glitch was a 3-for-2 promotion that was advertised on the product page but the discount did not appear at checkout.

Dealing with these issues allowed me to experience their impressive customer service. Now that I've seen all sides of their operations I can recommend this store to anyone without any reservations.
