Ordered from John after reading reviews right here. I really did a lot of research on custom builders as well as eBay sellers and their feedback and felt very confident that MPCS was the right choice. Talk about a painless, pleasent transaction!!!!! I am happy as a clam.
Build time: FAST!
Communication: FAST!
Shipping: FASTER !! (I am in Hawaii!!!!)
Communication after the sale: FAST/EXCELLENT!!!!
John is very down to earth, realistic, and no BS!!

Got the system packed very well with all extra components and even the boxes!!! He already set up my OS and Anti Virus and even left customized icons/clock with the correct Hawaii time and so much more. I own a business myself and know that customer service is #1. This build was cheaper than buying the components, paying for the shipping to me, and putting the thing together myself (which would be a miracle if everything worked!) I have read a lot of forums with do it yourself builders that know what they are doing, and they still have problems. Why have the headache. I am so glad that I will be able to talk to a real human if I have any questions or concerns vs. talking to a recording then after what seems like forever, someone that I can't understand at all!!
I am already planing my next system, and MPCS will be the one to build it!!!
