Unforunately, FedEx had a mishap with it and it arrived destroyed. After calling telescopes.com, they said they would handle the insurance claim and send me a new telescope. They did and the replacement telescope arrived intact. The only negative I can think about is that I bought the last one they had in stock, and they had to backorder the replacement (but didn\u0027t tell me that). Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know.<br><br>Overall, I like them.
