I went online to look for an interior door latch cable for a Mazda MPV van. Went to several sites but Parts Geek was the only one that had a part called, and this is the exact description, "Dorman Interior Door Handle Latch Cable - Front Left". I orderd the cable and received a door handle. Even the description on the invoice was, "Door Handle Latch Cable". I requested a return but they wanted me to pay for return shipping. I would and have paid return shipping if it was my mistake. But since the part description was incorrect, I was told Sorry we don't pay for returns. In their FAQ section, it reads, "We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer." There is also a 15% restocking fee. Thankfully, I didn't order a large or heavy part. That would have been a costly error. I will never do business with the Geeks again.
