I bought a new Nikon D7000 with 1 yr Nikon USA Warranty from them at above market price because the camera was not available anywhere else at the time. I also purchased a 5 year extended warranty on the camera. I then had to send the camera to Nikon for service and discovered through Nikon that they had sent me a gray market camera that, if fact, had no warranty. Not only that, but Nikon will not service any gray market product, even for a fee. PhotoVideoSuperStore's solution to the problem was for me to send the camera back to them and they would "send it out for repairs." I spoke to Janice at their customer service and found her not just rude but ruthless, without remorse, and very uncooperative with no interest in customer satisfaction. I was able to get the camera back to them and am now in an ongoing credit card dispute. They are a classic bait and switch operation and I cannot understand how they continue to do business. My advice is AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
