I have a blackberry 9360, and I traveled to Spain, and my mobile is locked to T-Mobile, and in Spain I couldn't find it so I decided to unlock it, then I found GSM Liberty it looked good, easy and legitime.

Then I purchased the code for my phone. And it was a surprise that I've got 5 codes in the email in a very ugly, unreadable form, I didn't know which one should I use so I wrote a ticket they say they have 24/7 support, so why not? I have waited hours and no one responeded, then I tried the codes, and none of them worked, I wrote another ticket and waited and nothing. Then I wrote another ticket where I telled them that the codes does not work, and waited 1 day and I didn't recieved any feedback.

I'm very unpleased with this service, no working codes, no feedback at all, this is a shame I dropped out 7 euros and 1 day of my life for nothing.

I'm waiting for the "Money Back Guarantee" but with this kind of feedback I don't think they will refund my purchase. And something else, this morning I discovered they don't even have a "legal" and "warranty" pages doesn't even work, check it out!

It's a shame, it's a scam DO NOT USE IT!
