Then kept $26 when returned.<br><br>CAM mount screw doesn\u0027t fit Camera (CAM is worthless). They never responded after request for prepaid shipping label or to when I asked to \u0022just send the $2 screw\u0022 and I\u0027ll go away. BTW: They put the price on the screw, not me. They asked me to \u0022clean screw\u0022, \u0022take pictures\u0022, and \u0022file the screw down\u0022\u2026the filing it down was the last straw for me\u2026and, oh yea, I can\u0027t forget that when they emailed the RMA they stated they wanted me to send back the camera \u0022twice\u0022, and in the same email, said also stated to send \u0022only the mount screw\u0022\u2026I can smell a scan; send back the mount\/screw then they would claim I didn\u0027t send the whole camera and I\u0027d never see it again\u2026<br> <br>Anyway, they stopped contact after I requested they just send the the $2 screw, -or- send me a prepaid shipping label..<br><br>STAY AWAY for these guys !!!!!!! <br><br>Contact VISA about this scam early, or these guys will run the clock out on your dispute case.","link":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/Foscam\/comment\/632537#comment632537","store_thumb":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/thumbnail\/Foscam.jpg","store_name":"Foscam","username":"cipheren","rating":"1"}, "single");){kind=link}
