Seems moot to leave another 5 star review for a company that gets nothing else, but this buying experience merits it. After a long and almost desperate search, I found and ordered a pair of hard to find parts for a discontinued motherboard series on Monday, 08 Aug 2011 and received them (no charge for shipping) that Wednesday. I actually couldn't figure out who the package was from until I read the return address on the mailing label. Check here first even before Newegg.

Quality products, free shipping (with a $3.99 option to specify UPS) and good tech support put this vendor right up there with Newegg. My first order was for a refurbed mobo and opted for the UPS shipping. My second purchase was for a 3.5" floppy adapter to 5.25" drive bay so the shipping method was not critical. I ordered the drive bay adapter on Sun, 04/10/2011 and received it via USPS Wed, 04/13/2011. I read another review that claimed 3btech punishes you for not paying the $3.99 for UPS by delaying your shipment, but my experience does not support that claim.

Ordered on-line Saturday and received CPU (packed very well) the next Wednesday via Fed Ex Home. I consider 3 business days very good for their basic ground shipping. Strangely, no order confirmation or shipping notice emails. Maybe I missed a checkbox or something. However, the website's member account profile and Fed Ex Tracking number available there worked very well to curb any "Where's my stuff?" anxiety.

Fans & Brackets always fit as advertised...There was a misunderstanding on my first order and was corrected the same day...I live in Washington State and must pay Sales Tax on purchases from 1CoolPC, but I still prefer to buy from them if they have what I am looking for.
