Excellent Store. Received the stuff I ordered earlier than I expected. FedEx Saver is Excellent as their shipping, and it is a LOT cheaper too. I ordered stuff (processor, hard drive, mouse, modem, floppy drive, cd-rom drive, and winxp home oem) last April 2nd, and then, looked at my order status same day, it reached upto Step 2. april 3rd, it is in Step 3 already, and later that night, it was in Step 5 already, which is "shipped" status, didnt even get to see it in Step 4. and I got my tracking number there. April 4th, 10:45am, it was delivered at home. Really satisfied. Speedy delivery. Good Work. Customer Service good too. :D will buy from them from now on. Nobody can beat their price. AA++++++++++++

One more thing, their website is the best online store i have ever seen. All the description is there, and almost every item has the "see it" link to see the pictures. Good and very nice idea. All online stores should look up to NewEgg's website.

Loved the service. Although the shipping took long, its okay, its UPS Ground anyway, so what would you expect. I received everything okay, and brand new, complete in its retail Box. I ordered Jetway 615TCF motherboard, and i think they are the only vendor who sells this motherboard in the US. It is the only vendor listed when you search for it in pricewatch.com. It is pretty cheap too, (for the motherboards) for $78 for the board, with 815E chipset for the Celeron/Pentium3 processors, it supports Tualatin also. I actually ordered my second motherboard last april 2nd, 2002 for the second computer i am building, and it will arrive april 9, 2002. I selected UPS Ground again.

Excellent vendor. I ordered a Computer Case from them, and i got it the very next day, when in fact it is by UPS Ground, well, their office is near our place, but still, that was really fast. Got the case perfectly. And it includes parts wherein on other more expensive vendors, they charge more, and they dont include the fan holder. Very very satisfied with this vendor, i will do business with them again. I ordered Codegen 6016-P6(L) 300W. :) Loved the prompt delivery. :D Higly Recommended. AA+++.

I live in california, so I was charged for tax. But the shipping charge is cheap... if not the cheapest of all the case shipping charges around.
