They took forever to "resolve this with the manufacturer" and told me today that there is nothing they could do for me. I sent back the faulty baffle and took the issue to Amazon. We shall see. Update on May 21: they told me they would refund me for the faulty baffle I sent in. Next thing I know the baffle is returned to me: shows signs of use and installation. How am I supposed to find out that the baffle doesn't fit unless I install it. How dumb is that?
