I completely agree with all the negative comments I see here. I tried to place an order this morning for Nikon D300S which is about $1427 including lens. They have very poor customer support. I had to call them 3 times to get the information I needed to place the order. Finally he says the camera doesn't come with battery and he tried to charge more than $450 just for the battery and rechargeable unit. Moreover he was trying to sell a package that costs for about $2100 instead of the one I requested for.
Each time I called the customer service, the same person answered the phone, but when I ask with whom I speak with he tells different names(Elaih and Joshua). He was extremely rude.
I am glad that I didn't place the order.
