I ordered a 'brand new" camera on April 6 that was to be delivered in 10-15 business days. When it arrived on MAY 5th , ONE MONTH LATER , I opened the box to find a white box with a LABEL MAKER STICKER that said canon t2i. When I opened that box , there was the camera that I ordered with no original boxing or warranty card/info, just wrapped in bubble wrap and two accessories I ordered loosely jingling around in the box. One of these accessories wasn't even what I ordered and the other was a wide angle lens converter that was missing the piece that actually attaches it to the camera. When I called to ask where the missing piece was , the customer service manager told me that it was my fault and that I was the one that probably lost it.....LMAO!
I can face the fact that I'm screwed and there's nothing I can do about it now , but my saving grace is that 3 of my friends from class as well as my teacher who were all interested in making a similar purchase from them are now aware of how they handle customers since I made the call on speakerphone and recorded it. We have since found a few other sites with better deals and have spent well over $12,000 combined from one of these sites. Even got to show the recorded call to the school administrator who was also interested in making a purchase. Now we all just laugh at them. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES DIGITALHUNTER!!
