dave & doug's customer service skills are outstanding they are the best on-line retailers i've ever come across they were so helpful to me in answering all my questions and they were never rudd to me considering the many times i called asking them every question in the book about the pioneer plasma kuro-5080 since this was going to be my 4th hdtv and i wanted it to be one that i will keep a lot longer than the ones i had.

there delivery service is excellent i ordered my plasma from them on new year's eve and it was in my house in new york by friday morning.
know that's shipping. i'm absolutely one happy customer the purchase of this plasma is difinitely a keeper. the picture of this 5080hd is outstanding no artifacts or motionblur the blacks on this plasma are like my old crt hdtv which was the proscan ps3800 the worlds largest picture tube
and the blacks on those tubes were great.
