Really disappointed at the Mack Camera Customer service. They've had my camera for a month now and haven't even update the status of my repair ticket to let know where they are in process of repairing my Camera. This is the second and last time this has happened to me with Mack Camera. Do not but extended warrents from the company. They don't believe in customer service, only taking your money.
