Unfortunately I did not research DakMart until after I sent my credit card information. I aced an order on April 2, 2011, and after no email notification for 2 days, I made 5 calls to them. Each call was met with an auto attendant, that no matter what option you pressed, you were disconnected. I sent 2 emails before I finally got a response, April 5,2011, letting me know my item purchased, though stating it was available online, was not available.

I attempted to make 2 more calls with the same result of disconnect, and was informed via email, they were having troubles with their phone lines.

I was offered a different model, at "The same price". I accepted only to find the shipping was double what I could ship the same item for from the location to mine. Their explanation was they said the same price meant the Total Cost including shipping. It was a decent deal, but I was reamer on the shipping.

Now for the bad part!

A few days after they shipped my unit, my credit card, that I used only 1 time, to purchase from DakMart, was hit with $23,433 worth of fraudulent charge attempts. $4300, to a company in The UAE, Clothing store in London, Shipping company in Italy. The list goes on and on. My PC, and Router weren't the issue as they are hidden behind several layers of protection, and no other information of mine has ever been used like this.

I sent DalMart an email explaining this to them, and to date, not a peep.

No matter how good the deal, stay as far away from these -----------(you fill in the blanks) as you can.
