I ordered another one and sent it back. I wasnt happy with the second lens so It back too. I then ordered a different on from them and am happy with it. (The problem could have been with my camera, who knows)<br><br>They were very nice through out the whole process and refunded my quickly. They were also nice dealing with me calling and worrying about getting my refunds. However Google told me they shipped the printer and it never came. I then sent Ritz an email asking about the order. They then canceled the printer order which was the only reason I ordered the camera in the first place. Now I\u0027m stuck with a camera I dont really want.<br><br>I will never order from Ritz Camera or buy anything from their store again.<br><br>Oh, and I am now def never ordering from Ritz again.
