I have a had the same issues with Oaktechnology.net. I placed an order and they charged me for it right away. My order is still in pending status after almost 4 weeks of having been paid for. I emailed the company and they replied immediately saying they would "expedite" the order, and would send me tracking info the following week (I don't consider a week "expedited). After that I have emailed them multiple times with no additional responses. And I have called all the phone numbers on their website, 1 of which went to a different comany (New Egg) and the other was disconnected. I have notified my Bank, Chase and they are disputing the charge and refunding it to me. I hope that everyone else can get some resolution for their issues as well.
